The absorbency sits inside the underwear, so there is nothing extra to insert or attach. Each layer has a practical role.

The honest limit

Capacity and protection depend on your flow. Up to 15ml and up to 12 hours are maximums, so check and change your pair when you need to.

    The first layer is part of the brief, keeping the experience closer to everyday underwear.

    Absorbent core

    The built-in core holds up to 15ml—the equivalent of up to three regular tampons or four regular pads.

    Leakproof barrier

    The final layer helps keep protection in the underwear for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow.

Does “up to 12 hours” mean everyone can wear one pair for 12 hours?
No. Up to 12 hours is the maximum stated protection time, not a guarantee for every flow or cycle day. Protection varies, so check your pair and change when you need to.
How much can the period range hold?
Our built-in three-layer absorbency holds up to 15ml—the equivalent of up to three regular tampons or four regular pads. Your flow and fit affect your experience.
What sizes are available?
The current Classic Brief, Full Brief and G-string are shown in sizes XS–3XL. Check the live product page for colour, size and stock availability before ordering.
What does OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 mean here?
The fabric used in our period underwear carries OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. It is a textile certification, not a medical claim.
Can I return a pair if the fit is wrong?
Opened underwear is excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Review the current size guidance and full return conditions before opening your pair.
